Return Policy

Here at The iPad Receptionist we are committed to the best customer service, so if you're unhappy with your purchase or just change your mind, we're more than happy to help!

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive and item that is faulty or damaged then you can send it back for a refund, replacement or store credit and we'll pay for the return postage costs. We offer a 1 year warranty on returns for products which are faulty, although some products have extended warranty (see the product details for more details on the specific warranty period).


Received the Wrong Product

In the unlikely case that we send you the wrong product then you can return it for a replacement or store credit and we'll pay for the return postage costs.


Changed Mind

If you change your mind about a product after you've received it then you can send it back to us for a store credit minus any postage charges. This is only allowed if the product is unopened in its orginal undamaged packaging.

(All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.)

Return Conditions

You can return the product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. The iPad Receptionist Store suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

The iPad Receptionist Store will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.


Returning A Package

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. The iPad Receptionist Store is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

E-mail us, provide your customer information, and tell us you will send back the product and the colour you wish to receive in exchange.


Want to switch to another product?

Return the product you have received and send us an e-mail telling us which product you want instead.


Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.


Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, The iPad Receptionist Store reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
